At the beginning of every month we take stock of the work we did in the previous month. “Monitoring” for all organisations is an important part of checking that you’re doing the right amount of the right things.
We share this information with organisations who have funded us but, more importantly, we analyse the data to set our priorities for the months ahead. Lia and Sam are the main people who do this and are always looking for ways of doing it better.
Here’s a quick summary of what we’ve done in September 2025
- Received 160 laptops & 10 phones
- Worked on 61 laptops & 121 phones
- Passed 19 laptops & 33 phones onto people who need them to get and stay online
- Prepared 36 kg of WEEE waste for recycling and materials recovery
- Put on 4 sessions for young people
- Run 8 drop-in sessions at our HQ
- Run outreach sessions at 16 different locations across East Sussex
- Met with 154 adults at sessions to give them digital help, energy information or help refer them to other agencies for support.
We also launched a new feedback form to encourage anyone who has received help at a drop-in to tell us how we can do better.
We’re not expecting to slow down in October, either!
Meanwhile, if you want more information, or would like to give us some other feedback you can also do that via our contact form.
