This scheme is for clients who currently have no or extremely limited device access, and have no means of getting connected.

All devices will be thoroughly tested and be handed over fully wiped of previous data, in good physical condition, and with advice notes on using them and staying safe online.

Please note the scheme relies on device donations coming in to us from members of the public and local businesses, meaning our supply levels tend to fluctuate. We’re also facing increasing demand for devices. Unfortunately, this means there may sometimes be a wait of several weeks for a device.

    Please note the current wait for devices is extremely long (typically several weeks) so please do not direct clients to us until we have emailed you to confirm a device is ready for collection.
