Are you ready for the new computer science curriculum for primary and secondary schools in September 2014?
Can you confidently encourage your students to use their computer programming skills for creative ends?
If you’re an Eastbourne based teacher, please come along to our half day computing training course to achieve two goals:
- develop your technical skills in programming
- give you some insight into the requirements in the new computer science curriculum
We’ll provide a half day supply cover and computing subject knowledge training for a small commitment fee of £30.
Meet the trainers
Donna Comerford is an educational consultant with a passion for learning and enabling young people to share the excitement of technology.
Dr Aidan Delaney is a Senior Lecturer in computing at the University of Brighton. Aidan has over 15 years experience in programming and over a decade of experience in teaching programming at various levels.

She has been ICT co-ordinator in her primary school and has experience integrating ICT across the curriculum. She is currently on the SLT in her school and a literacy co-ordinator, which gives her insight into the current pressures within education.
